Dana Rogers

Whimsy, play, imagination, and natural are descriptors that help bring Dana’s yoga practice alive. Natural science, the need to find focus in life, and populations from all stages in life influence this yogi and her practice. From early adulthood, yoga has created balance and focus in Dana’s daily life. Being connected with nature allows for organic movement and imagination to free flow in her classes. At the center of her mission is the importance of offering yoga for all life stages, like prenatal yoga, children’s yoga, family yoga and yoga for seniors. Dana is an experienced gardener who brings life into her open spaces and enjoys growing her own food.

Dani Roycroft

Dani began practicing yoga in 2010 when she was diagnosed with scoliosis. What started as a routine for back care eventually blossomed into a spiritual practice and lifestyle. Her passions include restorative yoga, yin yoga, and vinyasa flow. She brings a light hearted, soulful, and nurturing feel to her classes where you can expect verbal and alignment based assists. Dani loves to drop layers of creativity into her sequencing and encourages a modified practice when her students need it. In the summer months you can also find her on the lake teaching SUP yoga. She aims to be a friend and a guide to anyone with a hunger to live and speak their truth. Yoga Teacher, Yoga for Seniors/Chair Yoga, Yoga for Beginners

Patty Osborn

Patty is a RYT-200 trained at John’s Creek Yoga. She was raised on the plains of South Dakota: Simple lines and endless sky and stars. She became a Graphic Artist. She received a BA in Visual Communications from the University of Minnesota and an MFA from CalArts in Visual Arts and Communications. Within the creative process, yoga was always interwoven, to help with creativity, clarity, focusing, anxiety, problem solving, testing the limits, and finding the edge. Throughout her graduate studies, she practiced with an Iyengar trained dance student/yoga instructor from India. Patty has practiced yoga for many years and has become passionate about its benefits. It has helped her in so many ways: connecting the mind and the body, being present in the here and now, not worrying about the “what ifs”, the anxieties that can take over so easily, learning to breathe, not hyperventilate. Patty is an avid cyclist and finds yoga is the Yin to cycling's Yang. She is grateful for so many things her in her life, yoga being one! Patty wants to give back to others, so they too can benefit from having yoga in their lives. Patty is married to her high school love, has two lovely grown boys, who were raised in the sunshine and sandy beaches of San Diego, CA. She and her husband relocated to Georgia in 2012.

Yoga Teacher

Tiffany Payne

Tiffany turned to yoga as a way to get into an exercise routine but found it to be so much more. Since she started her practice, her battle with stress, anxiety, and fear has significantly reduced. She finds that she is both emotionally and physically healthier, stronger, and more balanced. As a yoga teacher, she seeks to create a space where all feel comfortable, safe and inspired. She lead classes with emphasis on alignment, breath, and a spirit of playfulness. Her ultimate goal is for others to thrive by nurturing body, mind and spirit through yoga, with the hope that all step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.

The role she gets to play in this life is wife to her awesome husband, Chavez, and mommy to two determined, smart little girls, Lia and Kali.  Along with practicing yoga, she also enjoys reading, learning, cooking, traveling, and spending time with family & friends.
