Classes at Chattahoochee Yoga + Pilates are designed to offer something for everyone, whether you are trying Yoga for the very first time, are an experienced Pilates practitioner, or want to get a great workout with Barre.  No matter what type of class you attend, you will be encouraged to listen to the flow of your breath and to pay attention to your body, so that your practice is safe.


All Levels Yoga

Building on the fundamentals in Gentle Flow, our All Levels Vinyasa Flow class will deeply connect the breath with a flowing asana practice, offering you the opportunity to strengthen your core and introducing you to more advanced poses. Modifications will be offered to allow all practitioners to find their edge and practice safely.

Heated Yoga for Hip Stability + Mobility

Drawing from traditional yoga series, this CYP signature class focuses on poses that will take the hips through their full range of motion, both stabilizing and moblilizing the hip joint to counteract the effects of sitting and standing for long periods of time. Will also help release tension in the low back and the legs. Room is warmed for deeper stretch. Accessible for all levels.

Slow + Deep Stretch

A slow and deep practice, designed to target the deep tissues of your body. Guided breathing will lead you to a deeper sense of mind-body connection.


A full body, fast paced Barre class guaranteed to challenge you from head to toe.

Gentle Flow Yoga

Gentle Flow focuses on building a strong foundation based on proper breathing techniques, principles of alignment, and modifications to meet the needs of all practitioners. This slower paced flow class will teach you to coordinate your movement with your breath, while allowing you time to open the body with awareness. This class is good for beginners and those who wish to deepen their yoga practice.

Heated Yoga for Core Strength

Drawing from traditional yoga series, this CYP signature class focuses on poses that will deepen your connection with your core and release tension in the low back. Will also help release tension in the hips and the legs. Room is warmed for deeper stretch. Accessible for all levels.


Incorporating elements of gentle, yin and restorative practices, this class will allow you to mindfully release tension and create space for rejuvenating energy that will help you recharge and find rest.

Pilates Mat + Stretch

Combine the strengthening and stabilizing aspects of mat Pilates with the benefits of deep stretching from yoga.


Pilates Reformer 1

A 50 minute small group Pilates session on the Reformer.

Intro to Pilates Reformer

This intro class will focus on core strengthening, releasing low back tension, and improving posture. Participants will be introduced and taught to use the classical Pilates equipment: the reformer, tower, barrels and chair. Limit 4 participants.

Pilates Reformer 2

An intermediate small group Pilates session on the Reformer. Must have instructor permission to participate
