Classes at Chattahoochee Yoga are designed to offer something for everyone, whether you are trying Yoga for the very first time, are an experienced Pilates practitioner, or want to get a great workout with Barre.  No matter what type of class you attend, you will be encouraged to listen to the flow of your breath and to pay attention to your body, so that your practice is safe.

Gentle Flow Yoga

Gentle Flow focuses on building a strong foundation based on proper breathing techniques, principles of alignment, and modifications to meet the needs of all practitioners. This slower paced flow class will teach you to coordinate your movement with your breath, while allowing you time to open the body with awareness. This class is good for beginners and those who wish to deepen their yoga practice.

All Levels Vinyasa Yoga Flow

Building on the fundamentals in Gentle Flow, our All Levels Vinyasa Flow class will deeply connect the breath with a flowing asana practice, offering you the opportunity to strengthen your core and introducing you to more advanced poses. Modifications will be offered to allow all practitioners to find their edge and practice safely.

Yoga + Dance Flow

Let your energy flow! Embody feminine energy through dance while balancing with the masculine essence of yoga. This class weaves in and out of dance and asana, energetically clearing the body as we release though movement & sound. Class ends with a guided meditation. No yoga or dance experience necessary!

Restorative Yoga + Essential Oils

A soothing and relaxing restorative yoga class will be complimented by the healing benefits of various dōterra Essential Oils, each selected to enhance the benefits of certain yoga asanas. A question and answer session will be held after class.

Slow + Deep Stretch

A slow and deep practice, designed to target the deep tissues of your body. Guided breathing will lead you to a deeper sense of mind-body connection.

Gentle/Restorative Yoga

Incorporating elements of gentle, yin and restorative practices, this class will allow you to mindfully release tension and create space for rejuvenating energy that will help you recharge and find rest.

Pilates Reformer Flow

A small group Pilates session utilizing the reformer, mat, and other Pilates apparatus.

Barre Burn/Barre Burn Express

A full body, fast paced Barre class guaranteed to challenge you from head to toe. Express class is 45 minutes.
