POP UP CLASSES
Join us as our yoga teachers showcase their unique vibes in our new spring series of original yoga classes. All regular class passes and memberships apply. Drop-ins $16. Space is limited, register early.
Sunday, March 17, 4:30 to 5:30 PM with Katie Karel
SUN SALUTATION HOUR
Welcome spring by joining in a group Sun Salutation practice. During the hour, we will be practicing 15 minutes of Classical Sun Salutations, 15 minutes of Sun Salutation A, and 15 minutes of Sun Salutation B, with short breaks between. We will finish with savasana. Please bring your own music player and headphones, as we will be flowing to our own beat.
Sunday, March 24, 4:30 to 5:30 PM with Tiffany Payne
HIP HOP YOGA + DANCE FLOW
Vinyasa Flow class that feels like a dance party. We will jam out to r&b, hip hop, reggae, pop, & electro. The music is not meant to distract but rather inspire students to move in a way that feels good to them. This class is designed for moving your body, raising your heart rate, building strength, and calming your mind. Be prepared to sweat, flow, let go, and connect deeply to your inner awesomeness!
Sunday, March 31, 4:00 to 5:00 PM with Dani
RESTORATIVE YOGA + ESSENTIAL OILS
A soothing and relaxing restorative yoga class will be complimented by the healing benefits of various dōterra Essential Oils, each selected to enhance the benefits of certain yoga asanas. A question and answer session will be held after class.

GROUP MEDITATION MEETING
Members of our community are working together to bring in certified and experienced Meditation and Mindfulness Leaders to lead group meditation/mindfulness sessions on a regular basis at our studio.
All sessions will be donation based, and 100% of donations will go directly to the leader to thank them for sharing their time and experience with the group. Suggested donation $5 to $10.

Yin Yoga is a quiet and simple practice that targets the deepest tissues of your body. Using supportive props and holding poses for longer periods of time will help your body open, allowing the stretch to deepen to the connective tissues and joints.
Sunday, May 19 4:30 to 5:45 PM with Dana Rogers
HARD CORE + RESTORE
This 75 minute class will start with a powerful flow to skate punk, metal, hard core music. After we get the rebellion out, the second half of class will include a relaxing and cooling playlist combined with restorative yoga poses.
