Pilates is a movement system that is designed to strengthen the core, correct movement patterns, and increase overall wellness by teaching you to connect your mind and body. We believe it is a great compliment to practicing yoga, or any other physical activity that you do. We offer small group and private Reformer sessions on our equipment, as well as group mat Pilates.
Our instructors are classically trained, meaning that they follow the traditional exercise sequences that Joseph Pilates developed. The classical system is designed to develop your concentration, centering, control, breathing, precision, and flow in order to enhance whole body health, whole body commitment, and breath.

Pilates is designed to stretch, strengthen and balance the body using a specific set of exercises and breathing patterns. It is done using an assortment of apparatus, like the reformer pictured above, which is used to assist the practitioner in performing the exercises. It takes concentration, and helps develop a strong mind-body connection, which is why we believe it compliments yoga and other physical activities so well. It is absolutely accessible to beginners, and those with limited mobility.
No experience is necessary to begin practicing Pilates.

For our new Pilates Clients, we offer eight (8) 45 minute Group Pilates Classes for $180 ($256 value) using our reformers, tower, and other apparatus. These group classes allow you an affordable way to develop core strength and correct movement patterns. No experience necessary. Limit one per customer.
For our new Pilates Clients, we offer eight (8) 55 minute Private Pilates Sessions for $43.75 each ($520 value) using our reformer, tower, and other apparatus. These are beginner friendly sessions, and your teacher will help you develop a plan to meet your goals. Package expires month from first use.
