Creating a New Normal

COVID-19 SAFETY PROCEDURES + POLICIES

As yoga, barre, and pilates teachers, we have a responsibility to promote the health and wellness of our community. Since we can't see an end to the COVID-19 pandemic, we feel we need to let go of how things were done before, how we wish they were, and work together to create a new normal.

For us, this means creating as safe of an environment as possible for in person classes, in order to provide that option for those of you who wish to do so. Please know that each teacher has been given the same choice, and that they are choosing the best option for themselves at this time as well. Online classes will continue to be available.

As the pandemic continues, our safety procedures and policies will be adapted to the changing recommendations of health officials, and we will always keep you up to date. We will continue to navigate this new normal together.

Thank you for your continued support.

Changes to the Studio

COVID-19 SAFETY PROCEDURES + POLICIES

Studio Layout

We have reconfigured suite 300, including removing the half walls and installing wood floors. This large space is where the Group mat yoga, barre and mat pilates classes will be held. The room is 36' X 24', giving us 864 square feet for mat classes. It is essentially a large open room for practice, eliminating the need to touch anything once you enter the building.

The reformers are now in the smaller studio space.

We have removed all common surfaces

We have removed the cubbies, all of the props, the front desk and tablet, the mat spray and towels, and are limiting the use of the bathrooms to emergencies only. All purchases must be done using the app or online. Only your equipment, keys + Shoes will be allowed in the studio.

The studio is measured and marked for social distancing

We have measured out and gridded the studio for mat classes. please set up your mats according to the grid so we can maintain social distancing, and stay there through the duration of class. We have reduced the number of reformers to 3 and they are 10 feet apart.
